We have a vacancy for a cable repairer who will assist the head of department in the repair and maintenance of stock in the cable department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for: |

The maintenance and repair of stock in the cable department

Ensuring all repairs undertaken are completed to the highest standard

 |
Entering and removing repair cable in the stock control system
|
 |
Ensuring the department is kept clean and orderly
|
 |
Helping out in the cable department when necessary
|

Undertaking cycle counts and stock takes when necessary
|

Based in the UK this role involves managing key customer relationships, providing client solutions and exceeding their expectations, to include coordinating, pricing and finalising a range of projects.
This role would suit a self motivated individual with strong experience of lighting in the entertainment industry, specifically good technical knowledge of lighting, rigging and distribution, excellent computer skills and attention to detail and accuracy are essential, as well as the ability to work on your own initiative in a pressured but rewarding environment.

This position as an Assistant Project Manager for PRG Europe is to support the Rental Sales Team based in Greenford, Middlesex.
Assisting and working alongside the busy Greenford Rental Sales Team this challenging role will suit someone who has good communications skills, computer knowledge with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ideally would suit a pro-active, self motivated individual, who is able to work on their own initiative in a constantly changing and demanding environment.

Processing and entering equipment lists on the TEAM booking system, checking equipment availability and handling all technical information for shows i.e. weight loading, power consumption, truck packs, etc.

Liaising with customer to source all relevant production details, identifying exceptional requirements and communicate all details on a timely basis to account handler/crew/operations, etc.
|
|
|
 |
Maintaining accurate and updated equipment/customer/crew/ship date/transport details and changes in TEAM.

|
|
|
|
 |
Duties involve the preparation and repair of a wide range of lighting equipment, both in the workshop and on site. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate records utilising our Service Centre Database and Inventory Tracking System. |

|
 |
The successful applicant will ideally have recognised electronic and mechanical skill qualifications and will have the ability to undertake tasks as part of a team and on their own initiative. |
|
|
 |
A working knowledge of conventional and automated equipment is necessary; however, full training will be given. |
|
|
 |
Good communication skills are essential in order to deal effectively with problems over the phone both during working hours and in on-call situations out of hours. Participation in 24 hour cover on a rota basis may be required. |
|
|
 |
A passport without restrictions and a clean driving licence are required, as well as the ability to travel at short notice |
